We had an amazing vacation at Velas Vallarta! The resort is incredibly well-kept and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels taken care of. Our rooms were clean and spacious, but our initial room lacked a balcony which was a bit of a downside. The dining options were good but could use a wider selection at the buffet. However, the pools and overall atmosphere made for a very enjoyable stay.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. The variety and quality of food at the resort absolutely impressed me. On the downside, I felt like my one-bedroom suite, while spacious, had a slightly older decor that made it feel a bit dark. However, that did not overshadow the overall experience, which was relaxing and enjoyable.
