We had an amazing vacation at Velas Vallarta! The resort is incredibly well-kept and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels taken care of. Our rooms were clean and spacious, but our initial room lacked a balcony which was a bit of a downside. The dining options were good but could use a wider selection at the buffet. However, the pools and overall atmosphere made for a very enjoyable stay.

My stay at Velas Vallarta was truly wonderful, filled with beautiful surroundings and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. The variety and quality of food at the resort absolutely impressed me. On the downside, I felt like my one-bedroom suite, while spacious, had a slightly older decor that made it feel a bit dark. However, that did not overshadow the overall experience, which was relaxing and enjoyable.
